And most importantly, life lessons shared through the vibrant stories of interviewees.
To me, Bridge the Gap is more than stage setting, preparing and operating sound equipment, video equipment, back drops, and lights. It is a return to a valuable resource we once cherished as children, which our children have come to miss out on… learning through stories shared about family history. The stories shared by parents and grandparents about their childhood, bring to life historical events they lived through and who brought them through. It is the history that God wants to share; not just history books but vibrant light. I, personally, have learned more about God, faith, strength and courage listening to the elder members of my family. Bridge the Gap provides a platform for our young people to learn through the experience of other generations.
BTG has grown in so many ways. God is using it and it’s chosen creators to do miraculous things. But the true service it provides is in helping to bridge the gap between our younger generation and God."
